Application Fee: $100.00 Paid one time per applicant to apply for the apartment.
Administration Fee : $225.00 Paid one time to reserve the apartment.
Security Deposit: $1000.00 Credit based with a range of $1000 - 1 month's rent.
Remote Access Fee: $50.00 Billed one time per lease holder at move in.
WIFI: $80.00 Billed monthly for WireStar WI-FI.
Valet Trash: $40.00 Billed monthly.
Rent Plus Credit Builder: $8.95 - $15.00 Monthly fee billed per lease holder(opt out possible).
Monthly Billing Fee: $5.00 Conservice Billing - Billed in arrears with your water billing.
Water/Sewer: *Metered and billed monthly with rent.
Electricity: *Metered and billed monthly from FPL.
Pet Fee: One time nonrefundable pet fee of $500 for 1 pet or $1000 for 2 pets.
Pet Rent: Monthly pet rent of $30 for 1 pet or $60 for 2 pets.
Asset Protect: $35.00 - $40.00 Billed monthly, enrolled if lapse in renter's insurance.
Electric Reimbursement Fee: $50.00 Billed in addition to utility service, if FPL is not setup in an occupied dwelling per occurrence.
Transfer Fee: $500.00 One time fee to transfer units mid lease.
Fob/Decal Replacement Fee: $75.00 One time fee to replace lost or damaged fobs/decals.
Late Fee: $150.00 One time late fee billed on the 4th of every month.
NSF Fee: $150.00 One time fee billed for each returned payment.
Legal/Eviction Fees: *Varies
Lease Violation Charges: $25.00 - $200.00 Per occurrence, based on terms of lease agreement.
Early Lease Termination Fee: Equal to 2x the base rent.
Liquidated Damages (Insufficient Notice): Equal to one month of rent if a 60 days notice is not given.
Move out charges: $1.00 - $10000.00 Billed at move out for final utilities, cleaning, damages, etc.

Cats and dogs up to 125 pounds permitted. Limit 2 indoor pets per apartment. No exotic animals. Non-refundable pet fee of $500 for the first animal. $500 for each additional animal. Monthly rent $30 per pet.
BREED RESTRICTIONS: Excluded dog breeds include Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American or Bull Staffordshire Terrier, Bullmastiff, Bull Terrier, Chinese Shar-Pei, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Stafford Terrier, Chow, German Shepherd and any mix thereof. Letter required by Certified Veterinarian for proof of breed, weight, and required vaccinations.
