Remote Access Fee: $50.00 Billed one time per lease holder at move in.
WIFI: $80.00 Billed monthly for WireStar WI-FI.
Valet Trash: $40.00 Billed monthly.
Rent Plus Credit Builder: $8.95 - $15.00 Monthly fee billed per lease holder(opt out possible).
Monthly Billing Fee: $5.00 Conservice Billing - Billed in arrears with your water billing.

Fob/Decal Replacement Fee: $75.00 One time fee to replace lost or damaged fobs/decals.
Late Fee: $150.00 One time late fee billed on the 4th of every month.
NSF Fee: $150.00 One time fee billed for each returned payment.

Lease Violation Charges: $25.00 - $200.00 Per occurrence, based on terms of lease agreement.
Early Lease Termination Fee: Equal to 2x the base rent.
